Novack had a friend at a formulation company and asked if there was a way to create her own gloss, and her dream gloss was created alongside their lead chemist. Fast forward seven years later and Lip Girl Boss has five glosses including 4 colorful shades that are layer able, and can be wore as a stain. The fifth gloss is a clear gloss that can be worn on its own, or as a topper for any other gloss or lip color. The lip glosses unique formula allows for muti-use applications.
